Team leading is a form of social interaction that requires motivation, direction, organization, patience, flexibility, vision and interpersonal skills. And disseminate the idea that I believe in to the group which I belong, to encourage them to help implement the idea despite all obstacles, and for the sake of the public interest.
My role in leadership is to create a friendly environment among the members and help the team achieve its goals. Through it, I seek to strengthen the social bond between individuals and maintain the team’s cohesion and support, which in order to achieve it must be a dynamic interaction between the team members, one hand and one goal.
