Sunrise Long Run

Sunrise Long Run, with dynamic warm up and stretching exercises.. All levels are welcome to join! Starting from 1km, 3km, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12 or above. Depends on your experience and fitness level.. a rule of thumb is to increase mileage by no more than 10% per week, for whom starting to run for the first time, take it easy and slow as you build your endurance!
