Tuesday Session (ONLY FOR WOMEN)

In the occasion of the Holy Ramadan, Khobar Running Crew launches for the first time a running session ONLY FOR WOMEN, lead by our Team Leader Stefania Di Santo.

A weekly session for women made by women. Motivational speech / running techniques explained, followed by an active warmup, 30 minutes easy run/walk and cool down with a stretching routine.

Don’t miss the chance to create deeper connections with other women, and to create a healthy routine.
